眼鏡をご注文の前に、こちらのオーダーシートを購入して眼鏡型と樹種を選んでください。 全樹種から最大で5つ選んでいただき、購入画面の備考欄に記入してください。樹種サンプルをお送りします。 【オーダーシートに入っているもの】 ・眼鏡型34種 ・眼鏡型をとる厚紙 ・樹種サンプル（5種まで）　※サンプルは制作時の端材ですので、形が不ぞろいとなりますことを予めご了承ください。 ・顔幅チェックスケール 【オーダーの手順】 ①顔幅の測定 顔幅スケールにて、顔の一番広いところ（耳の真上あたり）の寸法を採寸します。型を決めるときの基準となります。 ②眼鏡型を決める 試したい眼鏡型を選びます。付属の厚紙にのり付けして切り抜き、顔に当てて試し掛けします。※型の横幅を変えたい、このような型がほしいといったご要望も承ります。 ③樹種を決める 樹種サンプルを参考にして選びます。 ④名入れする文字を決める お名前やイニシャルなどを、アルファベットと数字でお入れできます。（テンプル内か外側に5文字まで可能。ご指定なければ内側にお入れします。）名入れのご希望がなければ、不要とお書きください。 ⑤オンラインショップで購入 1～4まで決まりましたら、眼鏡を選んで購入画面に進んでください。備考欄に「眼鏡型名」「眼鏡型の長さ」「スケールで測った顔幅」「名入れする文字」を記入してください。 ⑥お渡し ご注文が確定したら、制作準備に入ります。およそ2か月前後で発送いたします。 Before ordering glasses, please purchase this order sheet and choose glasses type and wood kind. It becomes the standard when you decide a type. ②Decide glasses type Choose the glasses type that you want to try. Stick it the cardboard and clip out. Try to put it on your face. ※I accept the request that want to change the width of type and want such a type. ③Decide wood kind Considered wood kind sample and choose that. ④Decide letter of putting a name Put your name or initial with alphabet and number. (It is possible to five characters in the temple outside.) ⑤Purchase in online shop Please advance to the purchase screen with a choice of glasses if selected to 1-4. Please fill in "glasses type name" "glasses-shaped length" "face width measured in a scale" "letter of putting a name" in remarks column. ⑥Delivery If an order is confirmed, I begin production preparations. I send it out in around two months.
